Try Feedforward Instead of Feedback
Providing feedback has long been considered to be an essential skill for leaders. However, a fundamental problem with feedback is that all types of feedback, be it ‘downward feedback’ or ‘upward feedback’, focus on the past. This can make feedback limited and static.
