Design Thinking is a way of working that HR leaders can use to develop compelling people strategies and employee experiences to address business challenges with creativity and at pace. This workshop, was run as a series of three online sessions by Stanford University’s Justin Ferrell, engaging the design thinking process and teaching the methods and their application to HR.
