Global Leader of Transformation Services Business, Mercer

Ravin Jesuthasan is the global leader of Mercer’s Transformation Services business. He is a recognised global thought leader, futurist and author on the future of work and workforce transformation. He has led multiple research efforts on the global workforce, the emerging digital economy, the rise of artificial intelligence and the transformation of work, for the World Economic Forum and is a member of the forum’s Steering Committee on Work and Employment. He is the author of the books Transformative HR, Lead The Work: Navigating a World Beyond Employment and Reinventing Jobs: A 4-Step Approach to Applying Automation to Work. Ravin has authored over 150 articles including 14 for the Harvard Business Review and the Sloan Management Review.

David Green

Managing Partner, Insight222

David Green is recognised worldwide as one of the most influential leaders in the fields of people analytics and HR technology. He is an author, speaker, and executive consultant on people analytics, data-driven human resources and the future of work. His book, Excellence in People Analytics, co-authored with Jonathan Ferrar, was published in July 2021.
As Managing Partner at Insight222, David works with chief human resources officers and people analytics leaders in global companies to help them create more value and impact from people analytics. This includes delivery of the Insight222 People Analytics Program® that supports the advancement of people analytics in over 100 global organisations.
David is regularly invited to chair and speak at industry conferences. His research, articles and the Digital HR Leaders Podcast he hosts have built up an extensive and loyal following. David is regularly cited in HR influencer lists, most recently (for the fourth year in succession) the ‘Top 100 HR tech influencers’ (HR Executive, August 2023).
Prior to co-founding Insight222, David accumulated over 20 years experience in the human resources, technology and people analytics fields, including as Global Director of People Analytics Solutions at IBM, as well as at companies including: Cielo, Capita Amadeus and Reed.

He’s introduced SWP into two global companies. David’s a member of The Workforce Planning Institute’s Global Standards and Content Committee, and is a frequent writer about SWP, where his focus is on demystification and pragmatism.

Jason Averbook is a Senior Partner and Global Leader of Digital HR Strategy with Mercer Leapgen. From January 2018 to March of 2023, he was Co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, a digital transformation company helping organisations shape their future workplace. Now as Mercer Leapgen he continues to broaden executive mindsets to rethink how to better design and deliver employee services and drive the shift from ‘doing technology projects’ to ‘being a digital function’. With the partnership of Mercer Leapgen, Jason expands the resources and reach to a global market.
Prior to founding Leapgen, Jason served as the CEO of The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC). In 2005, he co-founded Knowledge Infusion LLC and served as its CEO until 2012, when the company was sold to Appirio. He also held senior leadership roles at PeopleSoft and Ceridian Corporation. With more than 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industries, Jason has collaborated with industry-leading companies in transforming their organisations into strategic partners. Jason has been recognised globally as one of the top three thought-leaders around HR technology and the future of work.

Lucy Brown

D&I and Pay Equity Consulting Leader, Mercer

Lucy Brown is a Principal at Mercer, based in the UK. Lucy is part of Mercer’s HR Transformation team, where she is the UK Pay Equity & DEI Consulting Leader. Lucy has 10 years of consulting experience working with global, regional and local clients across Pay Equity, Pay Transparency and DEI solutions offerings, as well as EVP and ESG projects. Lucy joined Mercer in 2014 and is the Global Pride co-chair for Mercer. Before working as a DEI and Pay Equity consulting specialist Lucy was an investment consultant within the financial services sector.

Benoit is President and CEO of Mercer UK where he works alongside a team of passionate and dedicated consultants to make a sustainable difference in the lives of clients and communities. As a member of Mercer’s Global Executive Leadership team, Benoit leads to help build brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes and unlocking the real health and wellbeing.

Throughout his 25-year career, his curiosity and passion for innovation have led to developing pension risk management models and consulting solutions for global clients, including as lead advisor on the only two pension longevity insurance transactions ever executed outside of the UK. In addition Benoit proudly serves on a number of boards, and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Currently, Director of Mercer Limited UK, prior to this Benoit has held various leadership positions at Mercer, including UK Wealth Business Leader, Global Defined Benefit Pensions Leader, Europe & Pacific Wealth Leader, Canada Retirement Leader, and Canada Retirement Innovation Leader.

Tricia is an award-winning communicator with more than 25-years’ experience strategic communications. She joined Mercer in 2020 from a specialist employee change communication agency in Canada, where she worked for nearly four years. Prior to that, she ran her own PR agency for 10 years and worked in several boutique and large, global PR agencies. Over the last four years leading Mercer’s Employee Change Communications team, she has worked on numerous projects to create greater transparency and acceptance around pay, reward strategies, pay equity and gender pay gap, grading structures, skills and career frameworks.
