  • July 15, 2026

CRF’s recent event explored how employers can rethink early careers strategies in
response to AI, changing skills needs, labour market pressures and evolving workforce expectations. Building on CRF’s recent research on Early Careers and Skills, developed in partnership with BPP and with additional commentary from The Oxford Group, the day combined the report’s findings with perspectives from employers, education providers and labour market experts.

Together, the sessions examined the changing context for early careers, shared practical examples of organisational approaches, and considered how employers, education providers and government can work together to build stronger routes into work.
