Employee Experience and High-Performance Culture
Embedding D&I in the Employee Experience Lifecycle
2-3pm Greenwich Mean Time / 3-4pm Central European Time
Following a recent CRF event looking at labour market trends with the Office for National Statistics (ONS), key stats emerged around the growth in economic inactivity of three groups: women, those over the age of 50, and the long-term sick.
These groups often overlap – with 32% of those over the age of 50 citing stress, mental health, illness, or disability as their reason for leaving the workforce. Since 2019, there has been an almost 50% increase in women who are long-term sick, alongside a stagnation in the decrease of women who are looking after family/home.
While for some of these groups they don’t want to return to work, especially full-time, the interest has increased to return to some form of work – but involving flexible hours, remote working, and fitting around caring.
In this session, attendees will discuss and share insights and approaches to how they are embedding D&I into employee experience to attract and retain these groups. We will use CRF’s employee experience framework to support the discussion.
Join this meeting to hear and share ideas and advice.
