Community Event: HR Business Partnering – The Role of the HRBP in Culture Change

Building on our first session in November, you are invited to come together to share your views and discuss culture change in the context of:
- Effective frameworks and tools
- What role the HRBP should play, and how
- The successes and challenges had in delivering culture change
- How to effectively measure change
This community is intended for senior HR Business Partners and Heads of Business Partnering. It offers an excellent platform for sharing, discussing, and comparing challenges and successes with peers.
Throughout the year, the community meets to address topical issues and stays connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates, and networking opportunities. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content to enhance their knowledge.
