Peter is responsible for leading BTS’s Innovation and Digital Transformation Practices, and for managing the innovation process that identifies the insights, strategies, and opportunities BTS use to surprise and delight their teams, customers, and partners. Peter began his professional career working for a start-up firm in Japan, moving to BTS to provide an opportunity to work with exceptional leaders bringing innovation and strategy to life all around the world, on a regular basis.
This community is intended for senior talent, learning, and leadership professionals responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent within their organisation. It offers an excellent platform for sharing, discussing, and comparing challenges and successes with peers.
