CRF Community Launch – Talent, Leadership and Learning

  • March 3, 2021
  • Online

In this session we will share objectives for the community, explore how it will run and seek your input in developing the community’s ongoing agenda, based on the challenges faced by community members in their organisations.

We ask attendees to come prepared to share their priorities and burning issues for their business, and discuss how they are tackling them.

At the meeting, Kate Bravery from Mercer, will help frame the discussion by sharing highlights from Mercer’s 2021 Talent Trends research.

This community is suitable for senior practitioners with responsibility for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, and who are keen to share and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers. We’re not searching for best practice or universal answers but are keen to establish sound principles which have practical application.

The success of the community will be measured by whether participants gain knowledge and techniques which can lead to more effective workplace outcomes.

We look forward to having you join us.
