CRF Community: TLL – Beyond the Hype, Making the Skills-Based Organisation Real with a Little Help from AI
Save the date for our next Talent, Leadership & Learning community event taking place on Wednesday 16th July 12pm BST
In this interactive session, we will explore how the rise of AI is reshaping what feels like ‘yesterday’s buzzword’: the skills-based organisation (SBO). While the concept has long been a strategic aspiration and a hot topic on the HR conferences circuit, the emergence of agentic AI, task decomposition, and skills inference technologies have the potential to fast-track and ‘democratise’ SBO’s.
We’ll hear from Catalina Schveninger, a former CPO and CLO, now investor in HR tech and consultant in skills and AI, who will share insights from her work with corporates and scale-ups navigating this shift. The session will debunk some of the myths around SBO’s, highlight challenges organisations are facing to go ‘all-in’ on skills and share practical frameworks and approaches on how to leverage AI to be skill-first in the talent space.
We also want to hear from attendees about their experiences of becoming skills-based. Please come prepared to come live and share your insights about what you are learning and the challenges you face.
Please ensure you are logged into your CRF account to register your place. If you have any issues logging in, or if you are not a CRF member but are interested to attend, please contact events@crforum.co.uk
