CRF Community: TLL – Evaluation of Coaching for Business Impact
Save the date for our next Talent, Leadership & Learning community event, which will take place on Thursday 14th November at 11am GMT.
In this session, we will explore the critical need for effective evaluation of coaching interventions. CRF research consistently shows that evaluating the business impact of our work is an area where HR professionals need to improve. Despite its importance, our survey revealed that fewer than half of HR functions effectively assess coaching interventions.
We’ll hear from Lawrence Parsons, a leadership development, coaching and EDI professional, along with community members who will share their approaches to evaluation and how these practices have deepened their understanding of the business impact of their interventions.
We will discuss:
- What we have experimented with in terms of evaluation,
- What works, what doesn’t, and strategies for overcoming barriers to effective evaluation.
Join us for this insightful session to enhance your evaluation practices and maximise the impact of coaching in your organization.
Please ensure you are logged into your CRF account to register your place. If you have any issues logging in, or if you are not a CRF member but are interested to attend, please contact events@crforum.co.uk
