ER/IR Network: A Collaborative Approach to Union Rep Succession – Online
13:00-15:00 BST / 14:00-16:00 CEST
CRF’s Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Network is pleased to host Mike Clancy, General Secretary, Prospect Union, who will be joining John Whelan MBE, Director, CRF, and former UK HR Director at BAE Systems, at this upcoming webinar.
The session will provide a fascinating insight into how Prospect seeks to develop its next generation of Reps, the skills and experience that Prospect values and some examples of where they have collaborated with organisations in this space. John will share some broader good practice around succession planning based on CRFs research on Effective Succession Management and will also share some of his personal experiences from partnering with TU’s at BAE Systems.
The webinar will be followed by a Q&A providing a unique opportunity to ask Mike and John any questions.
