CRF Community: HRBP – Mastering Upward Influence, Strategies and Power Dynamics

  • December 5, 2024
  • Online

12pm-1pm GMT | 1pm-2pm CET

The topic for this community session will see us looking at Influencing those around us along with the power dynamics that play out in our businesses.

We will be considering different sources of power, how we can leverage them, what might prevent us from doing this successfully, and consider applying different strategies to make us more effective at influencing upward. This will be an interactive discussion, so do please come prepared to share your experiences in current or past roles where you have seen examples of good practice which might benefit the group.

Please ensure you are logged into your CRF account to register your place. If you have any issues logging in, or if you are not a CRF member but are interested to attend, please contact events@crforum.co.uk
