Conversations and relationships are the backbone of all organisations, yet all teams experience some form of conflict. Therefore, the ability to get on with colleagues and have difficult conversations productively is vital. CRF members have previously discussed ways to master difficult conversations and disarm conflict in the workplace: you can find videos, Post Meeting Notes from the events, related resources, and more, in this Hub.

Most recently, workplace expert Amy Gallo provided research-based, practical guidance on how to handle conflict and difficult people at work, as well as ways to help others do the same.

Below, you can find her thoughts on preparing for and conducting difficult conversations, as well as previous event resources on personal resilience and practical strategies for managing relationships at work.
