HR Roundtable: The Future of Resourcing
CRF hosted a research roundtable breakfast on current practices and future direction of resourcing. The event was held at the London offices of Mercer and facilitated by Karen Ward. Through discussion and group work the following topics were explored:
- the alignment of workforce planning, resourcing, and talent deployment to business strategy;
- the impact of advances in technology and analytics upon resourcing strategy; and
- the linkage of assessment practices to workforce planning and onboarding strategies.
