  • February 27, 2024

From February 19th-20th, CRF members gathered for a two-day workshop led by Beth Gunderson, systems thinking and organisational change expert and Executive Fellow at the University of Southern California. The workshop included an overview of what systems thinking means, the habits of a system thinker, the application of systems thinking habits to practical examples, and how to overcome barriers to systems thinking.

These notes summarise the discussion.
