These notes are from the Zoom Interactive Event: Effective Leadership Development In Disruptive Times that took place on the 21st April 2020.

In partnership with IMD Business School. Professor Jennifer Jordan explored what is effective leadership in times of disruption, and how we can develop these capabilities in our leaders. Professor Katharina Lange discussed why resilience is essential for supporting us through the current crisis, and how we might help leaders build resilience. Dr Amelie Villeneuve, Global Head of Innovation and Transformation for Talent at UBS, and Vicky Smith, Head of Learning and Development, Brewin Dolphin, shared how they are applying these ideas in their organisations.
