A summary of our recent HR Leaders Peer Exchange European residential workshop led by IMD Business School's Anand Narasimhan, Shell Professor of Global Leadership and Martha Maznevski, Professor of Organisational Behavior and International Management.

Supporting case study speakers included Des Pullen, Group HR Director at Associated British Foods Group (ABF) and Stephen Kelly, Chief Human Resources Leadership Officer at Avanade.
