THRIVE offered attendees the opportunity to pause and take stock as we slowly begin to exit the pandemic. What are the latest (and future) challenges for HR, and how will we get ahead in the post-pandemic world?
Through presentations, discussions, and exchange, we learned and shared views on HR’s most pressing issues. We learned how the pandemic has impacted digital transformation, and how HR can drive transformation forward. We examined what it takes to create a high performance environment, from employee experience to leadership to a permanently flexible organisation culture. We took a fresh look at how to design adaptable organisations in a disruptive context. We discovered the latest thinking about how to develop future talent, from skills assessment to learning and development to how to transition managers to become the leaders of the future. We explored new ways of working, with a focus on innovation, refreshing policies, and unlocking future potential. Finally, we reflected on how experts, technologies, and rules are shaping our lives and the critical importance of thinking for ourselves.
