What is the People Analytics for HR Leaders: Turning Evidence into Influence Programme?
This is not a programme for becoming a data scientist. It is designed to help senior HR practitioners ask better questions, make stronger evidence-based arguments and influence business decisions with confidence.
What Makes this Programme Unique:
The programme is built around one practical output: your people analytics pitch.
You will bring a genuine organisational challenge to the programme and develop your response to it throughout the two days. Each session adds another part of the pitch: clarifying the business problem, identifying relevant evidence, determining what analysis or expertise may be needed, developing the commercial case and shaping the story for the stakeholders you need to influence.
Along the way, you will explore practical frameworks, case studies and examples that show what effective people analytics looks like in practice. You will also consider where technology and AI can help, without losing sight of the business question you are trying to answer.
What You Will Gain

Turn people data into practical business impact

Make stronger, evidence-based business decisions

Build a compelling case for action

Influence stakeholders with confidence
What Will This Programme Help You Do Differently
Participants will be able to:
- Start with a business problem rather than the data or metrics already available.
- Ask sharper questions and identify the evidence needed to answer them.
- Connect workforce issues to business outcomes, value, risk and performance.
- Work confidently with analysts and specialists without needing to become one.
- Move beyond dashboards and reporting to identify insights that can inform action.
- Turn complex evidence into a clear, commercially credible story for senior stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and influence decisions using evidence rather than instinct alone.
- Build and deliver an evidence-led pitch around a live organisational challenge.
Who Should Enrol?
This programme is designed for HR practitioners who need to use data and evidence to shape decisions, challenge thinking and influence business leaders.
Participants do not need a background in statistics, data science or analytics. The programme is about becoming a more confident user and translator of people analytics: knowing what questions to ask, what evidence to seek, when to involve specialists and how to turn insight into action.
It is not designed as technical training for people analytics specialists, nor does it teach coding or advanced statistical techniques.

Keran Dhillon
Global Head of Selection & Assessment, AXA XL
Keran is a Business Psychologist and global talent leader helping organisations prepare for the future of work through behavioural science, workforce strategy, skills intelligence, measurement science and responsible AI.
As Global Head of Selection and Assessment, she leads evidence-based approaches to how organisations identify, assess and build the capabilities required for future business performance. Beyond her core remit, Keran has led the strategy for an award-winning enterprise skills transformation and shaped broader work across workforce capability, skills-based hiring, analytics and organisational change.
Keran partners with leaders to translate business priorities into clearer capability requirements, stronger talent decisions and more objective, inclusive and future-focused workforce practices. Her experience spans FMCG, technology, financial services and insurance.
A core part of her work is proving the value of talent investment. Keran uses measurement science, behavioural data and people analytics to assess whether selection, learning and workforce programmes are changing capability, behaviour and performance and to connect those outcomes to business priorities such as productivity, quality, growth, risk, retention and workforce readiness.
Her work is also increasingly focused on the workforce implications of AI: how tasks and roles will change, which human capabilities will become more valuable, how work can be redesigned responsibly, and how organisations can build adoption, trust and measurable value.
Keran believes AI transformation is not only a technology challenge. It is a work, leadership and human capability challenge. Her distinct contribution is bringing behavioural science, skills intelligence and rigorous measurement together to help organisations make better decisions about people, work and investment.
