Led by Professor Rob Briner

A professor of organisational psychology for over 30 years, Prof. Rob Briner supports businesses in utilising the tools of psychology to generate better business outcomes.

Rob is CRF’s Associate Research Director and Professor of Organisational Psychology at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. He is also currently a Visiting Professor of Evidence-Based HRM at Birkbeck University of London and Professor at Oslo Nye Høyskole.

As the Network lead, Rob authors CRF’s exclusive Workplace Psychology research and leads all events together with CRF Director John Whelan MBE (former UK HRD BAE Systems) who provides insight on the practical application of the research.
