Creating the Future You Want to See

We are delighted to invite Chris Hovde, Leadership and Culture Lead at Telia Company, a Swedish multinational telecommunications company, to share the steps he has taken to advance the diversity and inclusivity agenda at his organisation.
A business owner, former CEO, and board member at several organisations, Chris is also a regular conference speaker, with over 10,000 followers on LinkedIn. His recent talk was awarded the best keynote of the conference.

Chris will share his personal experience plus his work on:
–    Telia’s culture journey, including training 3000 people in their values in four weeks
–    How to create an inclusive culture and focus on practical D&I initiatives
–    Reinventing better leadership development for all management levels

His approach is based on taking actions that would mirror those of a future environment where D&I goals have been fully reached. His style is frank, honest, and open, so expect to come away from this session with plenty of insights and ideas.

After a facilitated conversation we will open up to questions and input from community members.

This community is intended for senior HR professionals with responsibility for D&I, Wellbeing and the role of the organisation in society who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with peers.

The community meets throughout the year to address topical issues and stays connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.
