CRF Community Event – HR Directors, By Invitation

The aim of the meeting is to bring together senior HR Directors for small group discussion to share thoughts and experiences about new ways of working. CRF’s report Permanent Flexibility: Reimagining remote working post-COVID discussed some of the key challenges. We will structure our conversation around the below questions:

  • How are organisations creating a sustainable approach to hybrid working?
  • How are organisations supporting managers to make consistent judgements about hybrid working for their teams?

The purpose of the HRD Community is to provide an exclusive space for HR Directors operating at Group, Regional or Divisional level, to come together to share good practices, challenge each other’s thinking and learn together.
