CRF Community Event – OD, C & C – Developing the OD practitioner

CRF’s next OD, Culture & Change community online event will take place on 7 October at 12pm, and will discuss the need for professional development in the OD space.

This has been a key topic raised by community members, and as such we hope you can join us to discuss and share experiences of effective development. Topics for discussion include the benefits of formal learning programmes, appropriate on-the-job development, the value of mentors and most beneficial texts for those developing in OD.

This community is intended for experienced HR or OD professionals who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers.

The community meets throughout the year to address topical issues and will stay connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.
