CRF Community Event: Organisation Development, Culture and Change

  • March 10, 2022
  • Online

Register now for our upcoming community event discussing what organisations are doing to build their workplace culture, post-pandemic.

The new world of work presents the need to build a workplace culture that balances the desire to keep autonomy that so many have become accustomed to, while also prioritising business needs.

Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences and insights around the following questions:

  • What are you doing to assess the current culture?
  • What key impact(s) had the pandemic had on team culture? – positive and negative.
  • What are you doing to address / enhance these?
  • How are complex organisations addressing sub-cultures/localised cultures within the business that seemingly have different rules/policies?

If there are any specific questions you would like to discuss, please let us know.

This community is intended for experienced HR or OD professionals with responsibility for organisation development, transformation and change with a focus on culture, and who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers.

The community meets throughout the year to address topical issues and will stay connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.

We look forward to having you join us in March.
