We hope you can join us online on Thursday 22nd September, for the next Organisation Development, Culture & Change event titled: Designing Good Jobs.
Most jobs just evolve with little thought given to how they will be performed, how they link with other jobs or what their key purpose is. Yet good job design is pivotal in performance improvement, job satisfaction and employee retention.
In this session we will explore the two pre-conditions to good jobs:
- A well-structured job design with deliverables and outputs
- An encouraging context in which that job fits

This community is intended for experienced HR or OD professionals who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers.
The community will meet throughout the year to address topical issues and will stay connected via a WhatsApp group, regular updates and networking. Members of the community can stay informed with access to our webpage of curated content.
