Organisation Development, Culture and Change

CRF Community Event: Organisation Development, Culture & Change

  • Digital Event
  • July 5, 2022 UTC-1

Online: 12.00 – 13.00

Register now for our upcoming community discussion to explore the use of consulting skills within the HR profession.

We will be joined by Bill Pasmore from Columbia University.

HR professionals are often called upon to advise senior executives and board members on important talent decisions as well as key initiatives, such as DEI, transformation, or performance management. To deal with powerful stakeholders, it is desirable to possess highly advanced skills in consultation.

This community is intended for experienced HR or OD professionals who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers.

We look forward to having you join us in July.
