CRF Community Event – T,L&L: Succession Planning and Critical Talent Identification Peer Exchange

It has become clear that Succession Planning and Critical Talent Identification is a priority for a number of our members. This session will give members the opportunity to share thinking on this topic and discuss what they are experimenting with in their organisations. We will be joined by Jessica Foster from RHR International to share her work in this area. This event is suitable for those who are responsible for talent strategy and development of high potentials and future leaders. Please come prepared to share your thinking and business challenges in a confidential setting.

The CRF Talent Leadership and Learning community is intended for experienced talent, learning and leadership professionals with responsibility for the attraction, development and retention of talent in the organisation, who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with other participants.
