CRF Community Event: Talent, Leadership & Learning

  • June 16, 2022
  • Online

Digital Event: 12.00 – 13.00 UTC+0

Register now for our upcoming community event discussing latest thinking around how organisations are using coaching to develop their people.

We will discuss topics including:

  • Current trends around who receives coaching, for what purpose, and what impact is coaching having?
  • What are the conditions/prerequisites for effective coaching interventions? How do you make sure coaching relationships are set up for success?
  • How do organisations evaluate the effectiveness of coaching?
  • Internal vs external coaches – current practices and trends?
  • Use of technology and other innovations in the coaching space e.g. virtual coaching. What are you using and how effective are they?
  • Share good practices around coach selection, development and relationship management.
  • Where does coaching sit in the overall portfolio of development interventions deployed by organisations, including mentoring, line managers as coaches etc.

We appreciate this is a broad agenda and we are unlikely to cover every aspect in the time available.

Please let us know if there are any specific coaching-related topics that are of particular interest.

This community is intended for experienced talent, learning and leadership professionals with responsibility for the attraction, development and retention of talent, who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with other participants.

We look forward to having you join us in June.
