CRF Community Launch – Diversity, Inclusivity and Wellbeing

In this session, we will share the objectives of the community, explore how it will run and discuss one or two current challenges faced by community members in their organisations. This community is intended for senior practitioners with responsibility for the advancement of the D&I and Wellbeing agenda within their organisation, who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers. At this session, Carmen von Rohr will share insights from our report Diversity & Inclusion: Emerging Issues. As part of the research for this report, Carmen asked research participants to share difficult questions or priorities they’d like to address over the coming year within their organisation; we will be using these to inform the topics addressed in the community.
