Talent, Leadership and Learning
CRF Community: TLL – Global Talent Trends with Mercer 2026
Tuesday 14th April, 1pm – 2pm BST.
Mercer’s annual landmark Global Talent Trends report is back for 2026, bringing together the voices of nearly 12,000 C-suite executives, HR leaders, investors, and employees worldwide. Now in its 11th year, this year’s analysis reveals that businesses are under pressure to deliver sustained performance, but their ambitions are at risk due to a depleted workforce and organisational misalignment.
Investors seem ready to reward companies that harness human-AI teaming, as 72% agree that companies embracing the integration of both human and AI capabilities are positioned to gain a competitive advantage. Access the report here and reach out to Maura.Jarvis@mercer.com if you’re interested in learning more about these insights.
