Reimagining HR Business Partnering – Online
12:00 – 13:00 BST / 13:00 – 14.00 CEST
Technology-driven transformation, increasing digitisation of HR and a changing social agenda are just some of the trends changing the HR function. HR Business Partners, defined as the people who work most closely with the organisation to deliver the business strategy through HR actions, will need to respond to these changes.
It has never been more important for HR to support the organisation in delivering its strategy, and HR Business Partners will need to master a range of capabilities to achieve this.
This session will share the results of CRF research, exploring what capabilities the HRBP community will need to respond to their evolving role, as well as examining how prepared HRBPs currently are for these changes.
