  • March 11, 2022
  • United Arab Emirates

The HR Community in the UAE has witnessed a great many changes. Through these challenging times it is important to collaborate as a community and find a new direction. No longer is HR an administrative, back-office function but rather strategic, agile and aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation. As the power of employer has now transferred to employee; never has an effective HR function been so important in ensuring the organisation operates and thrives in this new environment.

Our theme for this discussion session is “Success in Transition:  Education to the World of Work” and will look at the challenges and issues relating to talent attraction, Emiratization and strengthening the links between industry, education and talent development.

Be part of a community that is best-in-class, relevant and hand-picked to suit your unique needs as a contributing role towards strengthening our economies and organisations.

Corporate Research Forum, Markha Consulting and Strategic Dimensions will bring together senior HR professionals from across the UAE/ KSA public and private sectors to share, listen and reflect on this critical topic. Led by an expert faculty of speakers the forum will provide insights and direction on how we work to attract, develop and retain early talent in our organisations and creating an environment for them to thrive and succeed.
