Prof. Rob Briner
Associate Research Director, CRF and Professor of Organisational Psychology at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London
Rob is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Queen Mary, University of London and Associate Research Director at CRF. He is also currently a Visiting Professor of Evidence-Based HRM at Birkbeck University of London and Professor at Oslo Nye Høyskole. He was previously co-founder and Scientific Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Management and has held positions at the Institute for Employment Studies, London School of Economics, Kings’s College (University of London), Bath University and University of Edinburgh. His publishing and research focus on topics including wellbeing, emotions, stress, motivation and everyday work behaviour.

Ewan MacLeod
Partner – Technology and Transformation, AcuityX
Ewan is a strategic technology and transformation leader in Financial Services, with deep experience as CIO, CTO and CDO. He works with banks to deliver group-wide digital and generative AI transformation programmes and is external faculty at the London Institute of Banking & Finance and Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance, delivering executive education on AI, FinTech and Open Banking. Formerly Group Chief Transformation Officer at Sohar International Bank and Group Chief Digital Officer at Nordea, he has led large-scale digital, technology and cultural change across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, with a strong background in software engineering, start-ups and venture investment.

Dr Randall S Peterson
Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Founding Director, London Business School Leadership Institute.
Dr. Randall S. Peterson is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Founding Director of the London Business School Leadership Institute. Randall’s award-winning research activities include studies of board dynamics, leading diverse teams, how CEO personality affects top management teams and firm performance, as well as investigating how trust forms in work teams, and the effects of conflict in boards and teams. He has been recognised with the McGrath Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Study of Groups and Teams. His research has been featured in major news outlets around the world including the BBC, Economist, Financial Times, Forbes, Guardian, Management Today, MSNBC, Yahoo Finance, Board Agenda, The New Yorker, Raconteur, The Times, and Zawya.
Randall has been invited to teach and consult across the world, for organisations such as Barclays, Bridgestone, Chevron/Texaco, Deutsche Bank, E.ON, IBM, Lufthansa, Nestlé and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He also teaches and consults with a number of Gulf-based organisations including ADNOC, Emirates Bank, Diriyah Company, Gulf International Bank, Oman Oil, PIF, Saudi National Bank, Saudi Ministry of Investment and TAQA

John Whelan MBE
Director, CRF
John Whelan is a Director at Corporate Research Forum. Formerly UK HR Director of BAE Systems, the FTSE 100 defence, security, and aerospace company, John’s experience and strengths lie in business and HR Transformation, Organisation Development and Employee Relations. Prior to joining BAE, he held a variety of HR roles in engineering, technology and manufacturing businesses across the telecommunications and semi-conductor industries including Matra-Marconi Space where he was HR Director for the UK and, latterly, Group HRD.
