Before Everyone Else

18.00 – 21:00 BST

This is an invitation-only event and designed for senior HR leaders only.

Event

What does it take to stay relevant when the rules of global business are being rewritten – by algorithms, by climate, and now, by Washington?

Join CRF and our partners Headspring for an exclusive evening at the Financial Times offices, where Peter Fisk, Associate Professor, Headspring & IE Business School, explores the strategic shifts reshaping business in 2025 – from AI as a market force to the reconfiguration of global trade under a second Trump administration.

This session connects the dots between geopolitics and growth, between macro forces and the leadership decisions shaping your workforce today. What kinds of leadership thrive in volatility? How do you build talent strategies that are globally aware but locally resilient?

Peter will explore how these shifts are reshaping markets – and what they demand from leadership, culture, and capability.

Advanced Preview: 2026 CRF Programme
Attendees will also get a preview of the 2026 CRF programme which will explore the topics and themes impacting businesses in the coming year, with research focused on practical and effective ways to deliver better business performance from the HR function.
