With a background that spans science, brand leadership, and entrepreneurship, he brings a rare blend of analytical rigour and creative insight. As professor of leadership and innovation at IE Business School and Headspring, he works with companies worldwide to align growth strategy with the realities of a fast-changing world.
Peter has advised over 300 organisations across 55 countries – from Microsoft to McKinsey, Tata to Takeda – on how to lead with purpose, innovate with impact, and build talent strategies that drive growth. His books, including Marketing Genius, Gamechangers, and Business Recoded, have shaped boardroom thinking globally. Known for his sharp provocations and practical frameworks, Peter challenges leaders to think differently and act decisively.
Katie Martin
Markets Columnist
Katie Martin is a columnist and member of the FT’s editorial board. She writes the weekly Long View column on market trends as well as other opinion pieces, and appears weekly on the Unhedged podcast.
Previously, she spent four years as the FT’s markets editor, and also several years on the FT’s live news service. Prior to joining the FT in 2015, she spent 11 years at the Dow Jones/Wall St Journal group, also covering markets.
