Gillian will be joined by Kirsi Nuotto, CHRO at VTT who will present on ”Creating wellbeing and impact with Emotional Agency”
The session will be followed by an exclusive networking dinner where we can further discuss and reflect on the content.

Kirsi Nuotto
CHRO, VTT
Kirsi Nuotto is passionate about people, culture, talent acquisition, leadership and developing people and wellbeing in organizations. At VTT she is building the world’s most meaningful place to work. She is also a regular speaker on Emotional Agency and wellbeing. In addition to her CHRO role at VTT she is a member of the board and chair of the people committee at Fintraffic and a member of Auntie advisory board. Kirsi is a graduate from the University of Helsinki, Finland with Master of Arts (French & Spanish philology and Communications).
She is the CHRO and Executive Leadership Team member at VTT, one of the leading technological research centers in Europe. Prior to joining VTT Kirsi has extensive experience in leading people agenda and transformation in various global companies and industries. Previously she has served as CHRO at Cargotec and Outotec and in a senior HR role at GlaxoSmithKline and as a board member at Posti.
Gillian Pillans
Research Director, Corporate Research Forum
Gillian has worked as a senior HR practitioner and OD specialist for several organisations including Swiss Re, Vodafone and BAA. Prior to her HR career, she was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting and is also a qualified solicitor. Gillian has written various CRF reports on subjects including HR strategy, organisation design and development, leadership development, coaching and diversity.
