AI can provide several benefits to HR and is already being applied across a broad range of HR activities, like candidate attraction, hiring, engagement and compensation planning.

In this presentation, Nigel Guenole (Director of Research at Goldsmiths, University of London) takes a look at such examples and provides HR professionals with a succinct strategy for starting their AI journey.
