Essentials of OD – Organisation Framework
Led by Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge and Graham Prentice, this section examines six different models that can be used to develop an organisation framework; Weisboard's Six Box model, Nadler-Tushman Congruence model, Burke-Litwin model, Freedman Swamp model, Cheung-Judge Four Frames model and Cheung-Judge Systematic Change model.

Strategic Organisation Design Programme by CEO, University of Southern California
Organisation Design has been a focus of research and teaching at the Center for Effective Organization (CEO) for the past 30 years. Their work has consisted of numerous studies that have explored, defined, and assessed new organisational forms and corporate structures that have emerged over decades that marked the transition from the industrial era to today’s knowledge-based, technologically enabled, diverse, and rapidly changing global economy.
