Essentials of OD – Organisation Framework

Led by Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge and Graham Prentice, this section examines six different models that can be used to develop an organisation framework; Weisboard’s Six Box model, Nadler-Tushman Congruence model, Burke-Litwin model, Freedman Swamp model, Cheung-Judge Four Frames model and Cheung-Judge Systematic Change model.
