HR’s Role in M&As

With experts agreeing that the majority of M&As have under-performed or failed to deliver value because of under-estimating people issues, the report examines the role of HR in successfully managing M&As.

Using case studies, we identify reasons for M&A activity, examine integration strategies and identify where organisations go wrong. Guidelines for successfully managing the people and cultural aspects of M&As are provided.
