CRF’s research breakfast on 11th July 2023 brought together senior practitioners in the field
of HR and sustainability to discuss the latest trends in sustainability, where responsibility for organisational sustainability sits, and what role HR has to play. The discussion will help shape CRF’s research HR’s Role in Sustainable Business: Evolution or Revolution? which will be published in October 2023.

Gillian Pillans, CRF’s Research Director, Matthew Gitsham, Professor of Sustainable Development and Director of the Ashridge Centre for Business and Sustainability, Hult International Business School, and Nigel Guenole, Senior Lecturer and Director of Research for the Institute of Management at Goldsmiths, chaired the discussion.
