Zoom Interactive Event: The Agile Dashboard

“If the keyword for the 20th century was ‘speed’, the keyword for the 21st century is ‘agility’”. Prof. Joe Perfetti explains how leaders can design agility into their organisations. Speed alone, he says, will not be enough as the velocity and scope of change is unlike anything we have seen before. An agile company must simultaneously operate at the core (business of today) and the edge (business of tomorrow). Like riding waves, maintaining competitive advantage depends on catching a wave before it crashes, and positioning yourself to catch the next one without being crushed. Getting leaders ready to be agility architects may be the most important step in securing the survival and success of your organisation.
