Disruption, Anxiety and Self - How to Remain Effective Session Slides
These slides are from the CRF Zoom Interactive Event,; Disruption, Anxiety and Self - How to Remain Effective, on 23 September 2020 with Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung Judge. She explores what disruption is and how we can be disrupted. Mee-Yan then delves into how anxiety is provoked and some visible patterns of highly anxious behaviour. The self and use of self are explained in terms of external referencing, internal referencing and sober judgement. Mee-Yan also explains self awareness and draws upon theory from psychologists, Jung and Freud, whilst exploring the idea of the 'shadow'.
