Rewards for Speed, Productivity and Agility
A Reward Strategy – the purpose of which is to attract, retain, and motivate employees – are the most static HR process. Though potentially a powerful lever for change, in practice they are a force for the status quo – far more often acting as a roadblock to rather than a facilitator of organisational agility. Many reward leaders do not know how their reward strategy could be otherwise. The academic and business press offer little help; only a handful of articles have ever been published on the topic of developing an effective reward strategy.View Presentation
