We have partnered with CRF for some years and find the quality of their research and HR network exceptional. It enables us to stay connected to the current thinking in HR and provides opportunities to engage with the HR community about meaningful and relevant challenges they face.   

CRF Learning have proved to be an essential partner to me as I look to build the capability of my HR team. They have been a collaborative partner in co-designing a bespoke cost-effective solution which has evolved from face-to-face sessions to a purely digital experience run for nearly 250 participants from Australia to the US in five sessions per week spread over eight weeks. The impact of both has been immense and I look forward to continuing into the next phase of our partnership.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and thought the content was just right. I particularly enjoyed the practical sessions where we could put some of the tools to use and I will be using these with my Business Partners.

Over the last years, we have seen an increased number of HR events in the UAE, however very few come close to what CRF offers. I have been impressed by the level of the content that gets shared as well as the regional professionals they attract and bring into the conversation. The beauty is that the conversations continue beyond the events through the community that CRF has managed to create which has brought professionals much closer together, acting as sounding boards and advisors to each other.

I attended the CRF Learning HRBP Business Catalyst Programme. The course was very well run. Leading up to the event day, there was the right amount of pre-reading: enough to get the brain juices flowing but not overload. The team I was in touch with was helpful, friendly and professional. Seamless and no hassle. The course itself was thought-provoking, informative and hit the mark in terms of why HRBPs are a valuable part of any business and how we as professionals can develop this even further. Nick used his experiences and at times wit, to bring everything to life in a meaningful way. An hour’s follow-up was organised for us to recap and share our learnings. This was a nice touch!
