HR Directors’ Dinner: The Year Ahead – By Invitation Only

  • November 24, 2021
  • London, United Kingdom

To register for this invite only event, please email the CRF Events Team.

We customarily host a dinner for the most Senior HR Community at the start of the year, but this is not possible in 2021. We have therefore decided to organise this in November, and look forward to welcoming you.

The dinner is an opportunity for us to give a brief update on CRF’s plans and progress and a chance for you to network with fellow Senior Practitioners in a convivial context. We hope you can join us. This will be a peer-to-peer exchange in an informal, confidential environment.

Learning objectives:

  • To launch CRF’s 2022 programme
  • To provide an opportunity for meaningful networking and exchange in a confidential, convivial environment.

Mike Haffenden

Director, Corporate Research Forum

Mike has worked in Senior HR roles in the US and Europe with major international businesses including Avon, Rowntree, Unilever and Hewlett Packard. He founded CRF as a research consortium to investigate the principles and practices that make a difference in people management. He applied the same principles in forming PARC, a research group investigating good practice in the area of performance, reward and governance. He is also a founder of Strategic Dimensions, a leading HR recruitment business. Mike sets the agenda for CRF/PARC’s annual international conference which has become Europe’s premier HR event. He speaks and comments at company events, judges on industry award programmes and is on the council of the Guild of HR Professionals. His extensive network embraces academics, politicians, business leaders, journalists and the senior HR profession. He is particularly interested in how leadership teams embrace People Management and how this enhances (or detracts from) business performance.
