CRF Community Launch – Organisation Development, Culture and Change

  • March 17, 2021
  • Online

As a primer for the discussion, we will circulate a paper prepared by Grace Whelan and Professor Bill Pasmore from Columbia University.

At the meeting, Bill will speak briefly on his assessment of the OD profession which will be intended to help us engage in small group discussion on how we shape our agenda for the community.

This community is intended for experienced HR or OD professionals who are keen to share, discuss and compare their own challenges and successes with their peers. We’re not searching for best practice or universal answers but are keen to establish sound principles which have practical application. The community will meet throughout the year to address topical issues and will stay connected through regular updates and networking.

The success of the community will be measured by whether participants gain knowledge and techniques which can lead to more effective workplace outcomes.

We look forward to working with you as part of this Community.
