Talent, Leadership and Learning

By Invitation – The Future of Learning, Abu Dhabi

  • November 25, 2022
  • United Arab Emirates

In-person:
25 November: 08.45 – 12.30 GST

This by invitation-only event is hosted by CRF and our partner Hult EF Corporate Education.

Overview

When organisational success requires the ability to sense and respond at speed to changes in the external environment, the capacity for learning at both the individual and organisational level is essential. Furthermore, success in developing a workforce that’s future-fit will require significant investment in reskilling, which requires both formal learning and the opportunity to practise new skills on-the-job.

Based on CRF’s latest research on the topic and complemented by case studies from HR leaders in the region, this interactive event will address:

  • How to align business and learning strategies so investment in learning is focused where it will have greatest impact on business outcomes.
  • The future developments, challenges and opportunities in this fast-changing field.
  • The role of the Chief Learning Officer in the organisation of the future.
  • How companies can apply the latest thinking to address critical business challenges and create a culture of learning.

  • Discover the future of learning – it’s strategic, collaborative and continuous, and evidence-based. What does it mean to have a more strategic learning strategy, and how are leading organisations linking learning strategy to business strategy?
