Community Event: DIW – Navigating the World of Pay Transparency
Thursday 7th November, 1-2pm GMT/ 2-3pm CET
Save the date for our next Diversity, Inclusivity & Wellbeing community event, which will take place on Thursday 7th November
For this Community event we will look at pay transparency, citing social, sustainable and increasing legislative considerations that are driving urgency and impacting employers globally in different ways. Lucy will share common trends, challenges and drivers from Mercers Global Pay Transparency Survey results, and lay out the journey ahead of you. The session will help you to explore the decisions organisations will have to make in regard to meeting or going above compliance, choosing what and how much to share, and how to get started on the pay transparency journey.
Please ensure you are logged into your CRF account to register your place. If you have any issues logging in, or if you are not a CRF member but are interested to attend, please contact events@crforum.co.uk
