Community Event: HR Business Partnering – The Business Partner Role as a Talent Partner

  • May 8, 2024
  • Online

Wednesday 8th May, 12-1pm GMT / 1-2pm CET

The topic for this session will be exploring The Business Partner Role as a Talent Partner.

CRF’s research on Business Partnering examined the trends that will have a significant impact on the HRBP role in the next 3-5 years. 69% felt that HRBPs will need to become increasingly specialised in talent identification, development and learning, and will be measured on talent-related metrics.

In the online session we will discuss:

  • How are organisations are shifting the role in response to this trend?
  • What is the impact of changing the role in this way?
  • How are organisations are ensuring business partners are prepared for this role shift with regard to development of key skills in SWP, succession, flexible employment models and mobility?
