CRF Community Event: Organisation Design, Culture & Change

Driving Organisational Change.

According to Beckhard’s change equation, making positive change happen requires us to enhance and develop the reasons for making change and diminish the obstacles and forces for resistance. We will describe the framework in a bit more detail at this meeting and use it as a basis for our discussion.

To set the scene, we will be joined by Richard Cleverly, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the armed services and then as a senior HR leader implementing change in the financial, pharma and retail industries. He will describe his journey to date, and key learning points.

Using Beckhard’s change equation , we will then team with others in the community to share and exchange ideas about how we can be more effective in making change happen.
