Community Event: Talent, Leadership & Learning – Internal Talent Marketplaces

Register now for our upcoming Talent, Leadership & Learning Community event on Thursday 30th November, 12-1pm Greenwich Mean Time / 1-2pm Central European Time, on Internal Talent Marketplaces.

Internal talent marketplaces, or ITMs, are technology tools that allow for skills to better flow to where an organisation’s need is. It provides development for employees by more easily allowing them to find opportunities to build existing and new skills. And it also improves inclusivity, through the enhanced visibility of tasks and short-term projects.
In this session we will be hearing from organisations who have implemented or are implementing ITMs and are keen to hear your experiences of the benefits, challenges, and key considerations when implementing the technology.
